Femme Fatales v Tia Diamond and Lori Jordan 26/11/24

Tensions Explode After Hasty Partnership

The main event of IWRA Storm saw a high-stakes, high-drama tag team match between the former Tag Team Champions, the Femme Fatales (Georgie Kirk and Selina Sanchez), and an uneasy alliance between Tia Diamond, a former Storm Champion, and the current titleholder, Lori Jordan. With months of tension, betrayals, and interference between the three competitors, this match was destined to be volatile—and it did not disappoint.

The Uneasy Alliance Begins to Fracture

The match kicked off with Lori Jordan in the ring against Georgie Kirk, but in a sign of things to come, Tia Diamond quickly demanded to take over. Reluctantly, Lori stepped aside, allowing Tia to square off with Georgie.

Georgie wasted no time, delivering a flying kick that sent Tia crashing to the mat. She followed up with relentless offense, only for Lori, standing on the apron, to deliver a sneaky punch to Georgie’s face, drawing jeers from the crowd. The back-and-forth battle continued as Tia managed to swing Georgie into the turnbuckles, targeting her arms with a vicious assault.

Despite Tia’s efforts, Georgie rallied and tagged in Selina Sanchez, who immediately capitalized on a missed dropkick by Lori Jordan. The Femme Fatales began to dominate, with Selina isolating Lori and nearly scoring two pinfalls—one broken up by Lori’s resilience, and the second interrupted by Tia.

Chaos Unfolds as Tempers Flare

The match grew more chaotic as Tia Diamond re-entered the fray. She took Georgie to the ground with a series of stomps and hurled her into the corner. With Georgie trapped near Lori, Tia attempted a decisive blow, but Lori’s grip on Georgie slipped at the last second.

Georgie ducked out of the way, leaving Tia’s punch to collide squarely with Lori Jordan’s face. The crowd erupted as tensions between the reluctant partners began to boil over.

Georgie, seizing the opportunity, delivered a flurry of strikes on Tia. When Lori entered the ring to clothesline Georgie, the Femme Fatale once again ducked, and Lori accidentally took down her own partner, clotheslining Tia Diamond to the mat.

Outside the ring, Selina took advantage of the confusion, yanking Lori out of the ring and unleashing a brutal assault before returning to her corner.

The Turning Point

Despite the chaos, Tia’s resilience shone through. After surviving a near pinfall from Georgie, Tia fought back and hit her devastating finisher, the Diamondcutter, flipping Georgie into the air and driving her down hard onto her knees. She went for the pin, but Selina Sanchez intervened, saving her partner at the last second.

Tia, now fully in control, hurled Selina out of the ring and tagged in Lori. Together, the uneasy allies delivered a relentless barrage. Tia landed two Diamondcutters on Selina—one to the face and another to the back—before scoring the decisive pinfall and securing the victory for her team.

Victory and Fallout

While Tia celebrated, Lori Jordan stood in the corner, visibly frustrated. The current Storm Champion, who thrives on being the focal point, clearly resented that Tia had claimed the victory—and the glory. As Tia celebrated in the ring, Lori stormed forward, only to be shoved backward by her tag partner.

Lori, fed up with the partnership and visibly seething, exited the ring without a word, leaving Tia Diamond to bask in the spotlight alone.

What’s Next for Tia Diamond and Lori Jordan?

The victory, while impressive, did little to mend the growing animosity between Tia Diamond and Lori Jordan. With both women clearly unwilling to coexist, the question looms: how long before their partnership implodes completely?

For the Femme Fatales, the loss is a setback, but their cohesive teamwork and near-victories tonight prove they remain a force in the tag division.

As for Tia and Lori, with Lori Jordan’s Storm Women’s Championship on the line in the near future, it seems inevitable that these two will collide again—this time as bitter rivals, not uneasy partners.

The road to the Storm Women’s Championship just got a lot more personal. Stay tuned for what’s sure to be an explosive confrontation in the coming weeks.
