Georgie Kirk v Dani Fox 31/01/25

Georgie Kirk Battles the Syndicate in Controversial Finish

The main event of Forge featured a hard-hitting clash between Georgie Kirk, a former Tag Team Champion and member of the Femmes Fatales, and the reigning Forge Women’s Champion, Dani Fox, of the Syndicate.

However, the match took an unexpected turn when Nicole Winters ambushed Dani Fox before she could even step into the ring, leaving the champion unable to compete. Instead, Sarah Bowers, Dani’s Syndicate stablemate, stepped in as her replacement, setting the stage for a brutal battle.

Nicole Winters Strikes First

As Dani Fox made her way to the ring, she was blindsided by Nicole Winters, who slammed her fists into the champion’s head before throwing her into the steel steps. Not finished yet, Nicole rolled Dani into the ring, forcing her into a vulnerable position before referee John Cole stepped in and ejected Nicole from ringside.

With Dani Fox injured and furious, she claimed that her arm was too hurt to compete, leading to her Syndicate teammate, Sarah Bowers, stepping up as her replacement.

Georgie Kirk wasn’t thrilled with the change, but after some heated words, she agreed to the match.

Sarah Bowers Takes Control

As the bell rang, Sarah Bowers immediately went on the offensive, slapping Georgie across the face before throwing her into the ropes and leaping onto her, unloading a flurry of fists to Georgie’s head.

She quickly attempted a pin, but Georgie kicked out at one, showing her resilience.

Undeterred, Sarah stamped on Georgie repeatedly, keeping the pressure on. But Georgie, a seasoned competitor, found an opening, countering with a missile dropkick that sent Sarah crashing to the mat.

Taking control, Georgie grabbed Sarah by the hair and slammed her head into the canvas, following up by whipping her into the turnbuckles. However, before Georgie could capitalize, Sarah turned the tide by choking Georgie with her foot against the turnbuckles.

With Georgie gasping for air, Sarah continued her assault, stomping her face and kicking her around the ring, proving just how dangerous the Syndicate can be.

Georgie’s Resurgence

Sarah attempted a moonsault, but Georgie lifted her knees up, causing serious damage to Sarah’s ribs.

Seizing the moment, Georgie went for the Kirk Stomp, her signature move, but Sarah caught her leg, countering with a vicious spinning elbow to the throat.

Sarah climbed the ropes, launching herself onto Georgie with a top-rope splash, knocking the wind out of her.

Despite the impact, Georgie kicked out at two, refusing to go down without a fight.

A Distracting Turn of Events

Summoning her inner strength, Georgie swung Sarah into the ropes and connected with another missile dropkick, regaining control.

Using her powerful legs, Georgie unleashed a series of devastating kicks, knocking Sarah around the ring before throwing her onto the ropes. She went for a pin, but Sarah saved herself with a rope break.

Undeterred, Georgie climbed the top turnbuckle and leaped onto Sarah, going for another pin attempt.

Sarah barely managed to kick out, breathing heavily and clearly worn down.

Just as Georgie looked ready to finish things off, Emily Bowlin’s music hit, and the Femmes Fatales rival came down to ringside, shouting at Georgie to distract her.

Seizing the opportunity, Sarah Bowers took advantage, jumping Georgie from behind and rolling her up for the pin.

With the referee counting three, Sarah Bowers secured the victory, stealing a hard-fought match.

Aftermath: More Questions Than Answers

As Sarah celebrated her victory, Georgie Kirk was left fuming, knowing she had been robbed by the distraction.

  • Was Emily Bowlin acting on behalf of the Syndicate, or was this personal between her and Georgie?
  • What’s next for Nicole Winters? Will she face repercussions for attacking the champion?
  • Will Georgie seek revenge on Emily Bowlin for costing her the match?

With tensions rising between multiple competitors, it’s clear that the battle for the Forge Women’s Championship is more chaotic than ever.
