Brandon Colt v Tommy Hawkins 11/02/25

Brandon Colt Triumphs, But Omar Kareem Makes a Statement

IWRA Storm came to an electrifying close with a brutal showdown between two of the best: Tommy Hawkins and Brandon Colt. With Tommy looking to become IWRA’s first-ever Grand Slam Champion, his road to the Storm Championship had to go through Brandon—one of the toughest, most ruthless competitors in the promotion.

Earlier in the night, Tommy declared that he wanted to prove himself against the best. And by the end of this fight, he would learn that stepping into the ring with Brandon Colt is never just a match—it’s a war.

Tommy’s Fast Start

As soon as the bell rang, Tommy wasted no time, surging forward with a vicious slap that staggered Brandon before sending him crashing to the mat with a sharp kick. Tommy dominated in the opening moments, using his speed and agility to stay one step ahead of Brandon’s brute strength.

Tommy repeatedly picked Brandon up just to knock him back down, flipping onto him twice before targeting his legs, attempting to take away the powerhouse’s explosiveness.

But Brandon Colt is never down for long.

Brandon Colt Brings the Pain

Fighting through the onslaught, Brandon Colt swung Tommy over the ropes, sending him crashing to the floor with a vicious spear.

Tommy leapt back into the ring, but Brandon was ready, launching into a brutal assault. He delivered a devastating belly-to-belly suplex, sending Tommy flying over the top rope once again.

With Tommy dazed, Brandon continued the punishment outside the ring, battering him before tossing him back inside for more.

Tommy managed to catch Brandon’s fist, attempting to turn the tide, but Brandon overpowered him—reversing an Irish whip and launching Tommy over the ropes again, spearing him into the floor for a second time.

Tommy’s Comeback & Brandon’s Resilience

Brandon climbed to the top turnbuckle, delivering a crushing double axe handle to keep Tommy down.

But the moment Brandon tried to get back inside, Tommy struck, unleashing a series of kicks to keep him off balance before taking him down with a hurricanrana.

With momentum back on his side, Tommy whipped Brandon into the ropes and hit a picture-perfect slingblade, immediately going for a pin.

1… 2… Kickout!

Undeterred, Tommy followed up with a springboard moonsault, then climbed to the middle rope for a missile dropkick. He attempted another pin.

1… 2… Kickout again!

Brandon refused to stay down, and his determination showed in his eyes.

Brandon Colt Finishes the Fight

With a sudden burst of power, Brandon kicked Tommy away and countered another high-flying move with a hurricanrana of his own.

Sensing his opportunity, he went for several quick pin attempts, but Tommy kept kicking out. Finally, Brandon hoisted Tommy up and planted him with a sit-down powerbomb, securing the 1-2-3 for the victory.

Omar Kareem Steps In

Never one to show mercy, Brandon grabbed a steel chair from under the ring, preparing to celebrate in the only way he knows how—by beating his fallen opponent senseless.

But before he could swing, Omar Kareem stormed into the ring, ripping the chair from Brandon’s hands. With fury in his eyes, Omar chased Brandon out of the ring, making it clear that he wasn’t going to stand by and let the violence continue.

As Brandon retreated, Omar knelt beside Tommy, checking on the battered competitor while the crowd erupted.

With Frostbite just around the corner, what does this confrontation mean for Brandon Colt? Has Omar Kareem just made himself Brandon’s next target? And will Tommy Hawkins recover in time to continue his journey to Grand Slam glory?

One thing is certain—Storm just got a whole lot more intense. Stay tuned for what happens next!
