High-Flying Action Takeover
Following the backstage carnage between Dani Fox and Lazzara, the action continued with an exhilarating showdown between two high-flying athletes—Hercules Perez and TJ Tyson. Both competitors had recently missed out on qualifying for a title shot, and this match was their opportunity to impress IWRA management, particularly Richie Price, and solidify their spots in the Forge roster.
The match kicked off with an explosion of energy as both wrestlers surged forward and locked up in the center of the ring. Hercules Perez wasted no time in gaining the upper hand, whipping TJ Tyson toward the turnbuckles before swiftly snapping him back and delivering a devastating dropkick that sent TJ crashing to the mat. Hercules continued his aggressive assault, driving TJ backward with a relentless combination of strikes before ascending to the top rope and diving onto his downed opponent.
Showing off his aerial prowess, Hercules springboarded off the ropes and splashed onto TJ, immediately going for a pinfall attempt. However, TJ kicked out, refusing to go down without a fight. Seizing a moment of opportunity, TJ swung Hercules into the ropes and executed a spectacular hurricanrana, flipping Hercules across the ring and turning the tide of the match.
Hercules, ever the resilient fighter, quickly regained control. Climbing to the top rope, he launched himself into a breathtaking coup de grâce, driving his boots into TJ’s chest. He went for another pin attempt, but TJ once again showed his resilience, kicking out at the last moment. Determined, TJ countered by grabbing Hercules and launching him into the turnbuckles. However, Hercules reversed the momentum and whipped TJ toward the opposite corner. Thinking fast, TJ showcased his agility, scaling the ropes and flipping backward over Hercules in a stunning display of athleticism.
Bouncing off the ropes, TJ dodged Hercules’ attempted clothesline and retaliated with one of his own, taking Hercules down with authority. Wasting no time, TJ attempted a pinfall, but Hercules kicked out just before the referee’s hand hit the mat for the third count. The match continued at a breakneck pace, with Hercules managing yet another pin attempt after launching himself onto TJ, but the tenacious high-flyer refused to stay down.
The two competitors pushed each other to the limit, each seeking the decisive move that would secure the victory. In the final moments, Hercules ascended to the top turnbuckle and delivered a spectacular flying elbow, driving all his weight onto TJ. This time, the impact was enough—Hercules secured the three-count and emerged victorious.
With his hard-fought win, Hercules Perez celebrated in the ring, proving that he still belonged in Forge and the IWRA. While TJ Tyson may have fallen short, his resilience and aerial artistry left a lasting impression. With both men showcasing their skills, the IWRA brass will undoubtedly have a tough decision ahead regarding their futures. One thing is certain—both of these high-flying warriors are far from finished in their pursuit of greatness.
